Is the Katakturuk River packraftable?

I’m dreaming up ANWR trips near the coast and thought some Red Hill hot springing, Ignek Valley hiking, Sadlerochit Mtns day tripping, Katakturuk River packrafting, and Kaktovik-or-bust Beaufort Sea beach walking might make for a great trip.

I’m fairly certain that it is not. The Sadlerochit could be at certain water levels.
