Iam planning on doing some class II & III packrafting around my region (Northern NM and nearby) this fall. I am thinking of mainly class II & III day and overnight runs. Some are vehicle shuttle trips and some include some hiking. Examples are: Taos Middle Box (Red River to Taos Junction Bridge), first half of Taos Lower Box, Mesa Canyon on San Juan River (below Pagosa Springs), and Pecos River (if there is a little more flow again). It would be good to find a couple of packrafters with decents skills and who are good company on some wild stretches of river. Ready to roll in mid-October 2013, Next Week!
