Just spent 8 days paddling down the Rio Bocay from Ayupal to San Carlos on the Rio Coco (which is on the Honduras/Nicaragua border). Was about 250km i reckon.

Well, I made a short video of the trip down the Rio Bocay. Took 4 days from Ayupal to the end where it meets the Rio Coco on the Honduran border:
