Hi Juneau area packrafters,
I’m looking to run the Mendenhall sometime on the weekend of 6/27-28. Or another day close if it’s a good bluebird day for sure. I’m thinking to start somewhere up on the lake, paddle around the waterfall and glacier, and then head downstream to one of the highway takeouts. I’ve done up to Class III whitewater in my raft, but prefer to have some people with me in case I have chase it down. Would be good to connect with some other packrafters in that area.
