Hey all, I’m on the lookout for a new shell (mine is about to disentagrate) and was wondering if there were any out there that would double as a functional splash top…NRS has something close, but I’d rather have gor-tex. Neoprene cuffs would be good…I sewed neoprene cuffs on my cheapo sierra designs rain pants for awsome light weight splash pants. Any ideas?
