Wondering how choked up the rivers are with trees?
Glacier Creek was clear on Thursday September 6.
Floated Resurrection Creek on Saturday 9/8. No wood in the water looked new. Went from bridge near mile 7. Paddled a mile until the burn area and many stream wide strainers and channels. We portaged from here to just below the cascades. Between here and the Ress. Pass TH (where we took out) there was one place we had to portage because of a sweeper and strainer crossed the channel. It’s around a blind corner but there is a very easily grabbed eddy before it.
