ACE Flexible Vinyl Mender or alternative?

Hi,
I found the forum via a Google search and this is my first post.

I was using ACE Flexible Vinyl Mender for 10+ years for repairing inflatables. I wanted to purchase some tubes a while ago but found out that it’s discontinued and by now it has disappeared from the whole internet…

I have tried some alternatives (Loctite vinyl glue, Bison vinyl glue) but they don’t come even close. The ACE glue literally welds the vinyl edges together and has a 700 lb bond strength. The other glues have only about 10-20 lb bond strength, which is not durable enough for repairing surfaces that are placed under stress (such as kayaks, rafts etc).

I wonder if anyone could suggest a good alternative to ACE?
Perhaps there is an online store that still has a stock of ACE Flexible Vinyl Mender (that I’m not aware of).
I was considering trying HH-66 but since I’m writing from Europe, it can’t be shipped here due to being a flammable item.

Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks in advance!
