Comes with everything if purchased new - dry bags for cargo fly, storage bag, inflation bag, top off pump, BRAND NEW spray skirt, etc… Holds air like a champ. Just got it back after having the top off valve replaced (slow leak). I also have a 2 month old werner sho-gun carbon 2 piece paddle 200cm 30 degree RH feather
