Anyone have any idea what this might mean for those with permits? or those without permits looking to boat?
I was listening to this being discussed on the BBC World Service, and it was said that unless there was a breakthrough, National Parks would be closed.
If that’s the case, then I’d assume there may be a whole raft (sorry!) of closures, restrictions and knock on effects.
