Desolation Canyon, Green River April 2018

Hi all

We are packrafting 24-28th April from Sand Wash to Swaseys Landing and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a pick up or drop off?

Also I note from the Green river permit, we have have a fire pan and spare paddle with us. Has anyone got any suggestions for how this would work with Packrafts. I can see with a large raft how this is doable? Maybe there is a workaround solution?

I will try the permit office and ask to talk to a ranger but thought it was worth asking on here first

for a firepan we used a metal pan from harbor freight that met specs for the yampa, and a 4 piece breakdown paddle for the spare.
