Yampa River @ Dino in mid-Sept

It’s been a good flow year for Utah/Colorado desert rivers, so I was feeling good about a low flow packraft trip through the Dino Monument via the Yampa/Green. But, over the past week the cfs began to drop fairly quickly. This week alone it lost a few hundred cfs (from over 600 cfs to slightly below 400 cfs currently).

Has anyone done an extreme low flow Yampa river trip? If so, what’s a reasonable low point for manageable cfs? I’m hoping there’s 300 cfs still by the time we put in. If that’s the case, what should I expect?

Thanks!
